This is an appointment with a licensed psychiatrist who is specialized in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. The psychiatrist evaluates a client's mental health condition and can prescribe medicine accordingly. S/he advises the frequency of appointments.

A life coach is an accountability partner who can assist in clarifying goals, determining constraints and providing strategies in achieving set goals.
