> I have yet to do this before and feel overwhelmed about which treatment to take. Any advice?

> It will be my first session soon, and I feel weary about it. Can I share my camera with someone while having my session?
Yes, you can share your camera with someone if that makes you feel safe and open up to your healthcare provider. However, we suggest you do most of the talking when asked.
> Would you like me to do anything before my session?
There's no imperative way of preparation, but consider sitting down with your thoughts and emotions a few minutes before the session to better understand your intention for the session.
> What if my internet connection turned out to be unstable during my session?
You can shift to real-time messaging during the session. Then you can return to video call when the connection becomes stable.
> Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment when necessary.
> Can I change my healthcare provider?
Yes, you may choose a different healthcare provider every session until you feel comfortable opening up with one who can help you the most.
> What can I do when I don't feel so good, and my session is a few days ahead?
You can use our digital Journal in the app to type your thoughts and emotions. Journaling is one way to release mental stress. My Journal is located at the bottom of the Home page inside the mobile app.
> There are times that I don't feel safe with myself. Is there a way that Cudles can help me?
We have a Safety Plan template you may want to answer when you're in the right frame of mind. You can refer to this when you don't feel safe.
> I skipped the initial questions when I signed up. Can I still answer them?
Yes, go to your Account and answer the questions.
> In what ways do Cudles protect data and app usage?
1. Cudles manage data similar to banking practices. Policies are provided to manage Cudles’ data.
2. Only selected personnel have access to Cudles data. These personnel have knowledge and experience in managing and safeguarding data.
3. In order to secure your experience, we built in-app real-time messaging inside the app to interact with our mental wellness professionals. We encourage you to use this over commercial messaging apps.
4. Cudles send emails from two (2) addresses. Our emails are coming from cudles.app@gmail.com. And you can reach us through support@cudles.com.
5. We do not send SMS. We suggest you disregard any SMS pretending to be from Cudles.
6. Any promotions on services can only be seen in the website or mobile app. Also, we don’t sell any Cudles merchandise.
> How can I protect my Cudles usage?
1. Please save your Cudles password. If it needs to be shared, we recommend limiting it to your highly trusted loved one.
2. Kindly take note that our website is only www.cudles.com and any derivations are fake.
3. Cudles apps can only be downloaded through Apple Store and Google Play. We recommend you not to install any applications outside these stores.
